Lodging
We can provide boarding for 40-45 pets at any one time. Our ability to accomodate extremely large dogs is limited but we have a good supply of stainless steel cages for regular, medium and small size animals.
Animals are fed, watered and walked (dogs) at least three times every day and our staff can administer any medications that your pet may require on a regular basis.*
All boarding and hospitalized animals are required to have up to date vaccines including bordetella. Boarding your pet is much like sending your child to day care or camp; everyone brings germs into the shared environment so it is important that your pet have all its shots and be as healthy as possible. Be sure to bring any unusual behaviors or symptoms to the attention of our staff prior to boarding, so that we can segregate your pet if it is exhibiting signs of illness.
If your animal is boarding on a weekend day or holiday when the clinic is closed, your animal will still receive twice daily attention. Plus, a doctor is always on call should your pet need medical attention.
*If your pet will need medication, please remember to bring enough medication for the boarding period.
